With nearly two decades of experience across the advertising and technology sectors, Jonathan has held senior leadership positions at some of the industry's most influential businesses, including Affiliate Window, Criteo, Ve Interactive, Sociomantic Labs, Numberly, Crimtan, and Sub2 Technologies.

Throughout his career, he has built and scaled high-performing teams, led international growth strategies, and delivered commercial results for some of the world's most ambitious brands.

Jonathan founded ByAtlas with a simple belief: the best media outcomes come from combining intelligent technology with exceptional human thinking. This philosophy, known as The Human Algorithm™, sits at the heart of the agency's approach, bringing together data intelligence, creative strategy, and deep commercial understanding to drive measurable business growth.
