ByAtlas Joins IAB Europe's Transparency and Consent Framework

ByAtlas announces its registration as an approved Vendor under IAB Europe's Transparency and Consent Framework (TCF).

ByAtlas has announced its registration as a Vendor under IAB Europe's Transparency and Consent Framework (TCF), reinforcing its commitment to transparency, responsible data practices and privacy-conscious digital advertising.

Launched in April 2018, the TCF is a cross-industry voluntary standard developed to help organisations meet certain requirements of the ePrivacy Directive and GDPR.

Developed by IAB Europe in collaboration with organisations and professionals across the digital advertising industry, the framework enables publishers and technology partners to communicate and respect users' privacy choices through a standardised approach.

The TCF allows users to grant or withhold consent and exercise their right to object to certain forms of data processing, helping establish greater transparency and accountability throughout the digital advertising ecosystem.

Jocelyn, Chief Legal & People Officer of ByAtlas, commented:

"At ByAtlas, we believe that great advertising should be built on trust as much as technology. Joining the Transparency and Consent Framework reflects our commitment to responsible innovation, giving our partners greater confidence in how data is handled and ensuring that respect for the individual remains central to how we operate."
